Nature's Notebook does not share any of your personal information with third parties.

We have programmed our transactions with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect sensitive financial data and credit card information.

We do utilize cookies, which is basically a way for our website to communicate directly with your browser, to help facilitate a smooth transaction, easy navigation of our website, and personalize your experience. If you do not wish to accept cookies, you can disable them via your web browser.

Should there be any updates to our privacy policy, you can be notified automatically by subscribing to our guest list.

Newsletter Subscriptions
Signing up for the Nature's Notebook guest list allows us to notify you periodically about new designs, products, sales, company news, website updates, and exclusive offers. If you wish to remove your e-mail address, please click the unsubscribe link at the end of our e-mail to you, or send us an e-mail to newsletter@naturesnotebook.com, with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line.

Using our E-mail-to-a-friend feature does not automatically sign up you or your friend for our guest list.

Shipping & Handling
Please allow 3-4 weeks for us to process your order. Your Nature's Notebook will ship just as soon as Courtney Noelle takes your personalized photo.

Arrival of your merchandise is subject to credit approval and weather as sometimes Mother Nature varies. We must wait for sun to take your photo. If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order or transaction, you will be notified immediately.

Please understand that this is a specialized, personalized gift, and Mother Nature takes her course. Please allow the necessary time it takes to make the best photo possible. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

If you would like your order rushed it is an additional fee of 50$ per order. (If you choose rush fee it will ship with in 1 week). Standard time to allow for your order is 3-4 weeks, and then you can choose your delivery. We offer four ways to ship your order in the U.S.:

FedEx Standard Overnight: Next Business Day–delivery by 3pm.

FedEx Two Day: Two-Business days delivery by 4 pm.

FedEx Ground: 1–5 Business Days, based on distance to destination.

If you have a PO box please provide another address that we can ship your package to. We DO NOT ship to PO boxes.

Shipping price options will be calculated for you based on your order weight provided you include a valid zip code when you fill out your shipping address at checkout.

A tracking number will be automatically generated for your order. If you selected FedEx, it will be included in your shipping confirmation.

For other options, rush orders, or to request a shipment overseas, please e-mail us at orders@naturesnotebook.com and include the best way for us to contact you.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our items are customized with your personal name or phrase, we DO NOT have a return or exchange policy. Please be sure of the colors, and names BEFORE you place you order. Also make note that when ordering a color photography sky, sea and land are not always the same. Mother Natures paints a different picture every day. All sales are final.

However, We will gladly replace defective merchandise up to 7 days after you receive your Nature's Notebook. Damaged or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for a full product refund, which will be credited back in the same form as the original payment method. If you are unsure or have a question be sure to e-mail our customer service department BEFORE placing your order.

**Cannot return damaged or defective items with out return authorization. If you need an RA # please email orders@naturesnotebook.com with the subject line as Return Authorization request. Your order number must be in the email.
